Ingredients:
-1-2 packages softened cream cheese, I used 1 but wished I would have used 2. It would definitely make things a bit more solid!
-1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
-1/4 cup lemon juice
-1 graham cracker crust
-optional-some sort of fruit topping, I used a can of blueberry pie filling
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, milk, & lemon juice until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust.
2. Stick it in the fridge for 30-60 minutes, then enjoy!
Onto who I decided to feature for this week! I chose these delicious looking Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars from Homemade Shenanigans! I've been craving anything sweet lately, and will probably whip these up next time I get a sweet tooth.

DeleteOooooh! I love cheesecake, but I've always been too chicken to try it from scratch. This look so easy I might just try it out!
ReplyDeleteCheesecake is pretty intimidating. I can't say I've ever given it a try, but my brave husband has... so I'm sure it's not too hard, right? This one hits that cheesecake spot though. :)
