A Super Exciting Announcement + GIVEAWAY

We are so excited to announce that we are opening our very own online store! Orchardbaby Boutique will be opening on March 17th, and we have lots of goodies already made. If you've been following us, you know that we like to make little sewing projects for our own babies, and we decided to start making them for yours, too!

We have several collections of burp cloths and lovey blankets. We picked the cutest fabrics we could find, and ones that we would love to have for our own kids. We hope you love them as much as we do. Here are just a few of the collections we have on our online store.

FREE "Today is a Good Day" Watercolor Printables

 Good morning everyone! I just have a quick post today, I wanted to give you these FREE fun watercolor motivational prints. I put the fonts together and added a watercolor background effect. The circle leaf graphic was downloaded from one of my favorite blogs We Lived Happily Ever After. I am working on making a little sewing/office area for myself and came up with this, to print out and hang up. I'm still working on more designs and prints, but was excited to share this one. I want this area to be an organized and positive space I can be inspired by. Stay tuned for more prints and a post on my completed sewing/office area!

FREE Frozen Birthday Party Invitations and Menu + Ideas and Inspiration

Adeline turned two years old at the end of November, and I've known for a couple months now that it would have to be a Frozen themed party! She, like most young girls her age, just LOVES everything olaf, anna, sven, and elsa related. I have been pinning things on our Party Board on pinterest, which is where I got most of my inspiration. I hope you're having a great week. Today I have a quick post that includes a FREE printable. The weather today makes me believe that fall is officially here, and no more sneaky summer appearances. Freshly Picked Moccasin Review and GIVEAWAY!!

    Happy Friday everyone! I hope you all had a great week and have something fun planned for this weekend. We would love to start off your weekend with this fun giveaway! First though, I would love to tell you about my new love obsession of baby/kid moccasins! I have been seeing these moccasins all over instagram, and just swoon over them. I have found an amazing company called Freshly Picked. This business was created and founded by a woman named Susan Petersen. Who started making baby moccasins in 2009 and with a lot of hard work she started her business. She was even on ABC's Shark Tank! 

I chose the size 3 Camo Moccasins. You can see the wide variety of other color/styled moccasins HERE! The moccasins come in a cute little canvas drawstring bag and attached is a free freshly picked pin. I had originally wanted to get this pair for Simon, but made the mistake of guessing on sizes, instead of measuring and they were much too big for Simon. However, I was able to fit Addie's little feet in them. I was a little unsure of which moccasin was supposed to be "left" or "right". After reading a few comments on their Instagram posts I found out that they don't actually have a "right" or "left", they're the exact same. However, after only two times of wearing them, they begin to define and shape to your little one's foot, making it more clear.

These moccasins are great quality shoes! They are very durable, and I am sure they will last a long time, I am hoping long enough to pass down to Simon. :) One of my biggest concerns was whether or not they would actually stay on my little ones feet. Freshly Picked Moccasins have a great feature, which is the elastic inserted into the opening of the shoe, which makes it both easy to get on and helps it stay on!! Overall, I am very pleased with these shoes. They are great for little ones who are learning to walk as well as older ones for the spring/summer/fall seasons!Now, the super exciting part!
