Happy Wednesday! It's time for our weekly WWEW Link Party with Laugh Eat Learn, but first I am sharing this yummy recipe for a St. Patrick's Day treat.
Good morning, today I wanted to share these super easy and quick, St. Patrick's day treats. These are so fun! I had been craving Lucky Charms this past week, so naturally, I HAD to go get a box. Anyway, I saw these bad boys on pinterest and thought I would give them a shot.
Here is the recipe and directions adapted from Lady and The Blog
Ingredients:
-6 cups Lucky Charms cereal
-10oz mini marshmallows
-1/4 cup (half stick) butter
-green food coloring (optional)
Directions:
Put your 6-7 cups of Lucky Charms cereal in a mixing bowl (set aside). In a sauce pan melt your butter and add marshmallows, stir until completely melted. Add a drop or two of green food coloring (to be extra festive). Poor the butter/marshmallow mixture over the cereal and stir until they're fully covered. Take spoonfuls and fill cupcake liners (helps if they're in a cupcake pan). Let cool, and ENJOY! :)
*Add a few fresh Lucky Charm Marshmallow's as a topping*
Now its your turn to share YOUR recipes (new or old).
