If you’re
anything like me you could spend an hour looking for the easiest/most
convenient code to add something/change something on your blog to make it look
better. Wouldn’t it be so nice if there was a one stop shop for all those
tutorials? Well, you’ve come to the right place! Here are six tutorials that we
have personally used on our blog. Obviously they all work, and were easy enough
for even me to make it happen, which is saying a lot. I will say, some of these
took a little more time than the others, but eventually I figured it out. Alrighty,
here goes… Here is a quick summary of what tutorials you will find here, keep reading to see a picture example of each tutorial and how we used it on our blog.
Tutorials in this post:
1. Customize your Pages Tabs from (Third Grade-First State)

1.Customize Your Pages Tabs from Third Grade-First State
These are great for adding your own look. We kept trying to edit our tabs through blogger and were not satisfied with the look, so this worked perfectly, and we got to design our own tabs. (We did ours through picmonkey)

2. How to Make your own Watermark for your blog pictures from
Mom in Time Out
This is great to ensure your "name" stays on all of your photos and you get credit for all your hard work. When you add it to your pictures you can edit it to be smaller/larger - fade it out as well. (Again through picmonkey)

3. Add your own Social
Media Icons from Orchard Girls
Feel free to use our custom social media icons - for tips and tricks feel free to ask :) These are a great tool to gain readership and make it easy for readers to follow along.

4. How to add an Icon next to your blog post titles from
Code
it Pretty
This is just for show. But how cute is that? If you have a certain symbol or something that goes along with your blog name, it would be fun to have it inserted before each blog post.

5. How to add “Pin It” buttons to Blogger from Code it Pretty
The majority of our traffic comes from pinterest. Allowing guests to "pin" your images is a great tool to spread the word about your blog. Lots of different "pin it" options with this tutorial as well.

6. Scroll to Top Botton from My
Blogger Tricks
I haven't seen many blogs out there with this feature, but it's great, isn't it? Allows your readers to smoothly glide back to the top of your page, with a simple code added to your blog. Feel free to use our image if you'd like for free!
