DIY: Letter Photo Art

I've got a fun thrifty project for you all today! LETTER PHOTO ART!
This project makes a thrifty, unique, and thoughtful gift for someone. Great for the holidays. It would also be fun to make your own last name and hang it somewhere in your house. All you need for this project is:
-Dollar Store frames
-Printed out letters
-Strong glue
-Large block of wood
-Spray Paint
The dollar store frames are great, because you need to break off the stand anyway. Like so..
The best part is that the letters are FREE! That's right, free. If you go to this website .HERE - they offer hundreds of different letters that you can download and print off.
First thing you'll need to do is figure out what you want to spell out. Pick your letters and print them off, then buy the appropriate amount of frames.
I found my piece of wood at home depot in the scrap wood pile, I think I spent .50 cents on it. Then I spray painted the frames a bluish/gray color and the board black. And attached them using a strong-hold glue.
Here are a few other examples of this project from pinterest!

Let me know if you give this project a try! It was pretty fun to pick out the different letters, they have such a huge selection. I hope you all have a great day.
